These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TTokLoader Android app (“the App”) and this website (together, “the Service”), operated by TTokLoader (“we”, “us” or “our”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms in addition to the terms of the store you installed it from (for example Google Play). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

About the Service

TTokLoader is a free tool that lets you save publicly available TikTok videos you own or have permission to use as MP4 or MP3 files for personal use. The App is a lightweight client: it sends the link you provide to our servers, which do the processing, and saves the resulting file to your device. Files are removed from our servers automatically after delivery.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are a minor, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to download content that is publicly available and that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to download.

• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you hold the rights to the content.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of creators and other third parties.
• Comply with all applicable laws and with TikTok’s own terms where relevant.

Prohibited uses

• Downloading or distributing content you do not own or have permission to use, or that infringes any copyright, trademark or other right.
• Attempting to access private, login-protected, age-restricted, paywalled or DRM-protected content. The Service rejects such content and we do not bypass access controls.
• Using the Service to harass, defame, or violate the privacy or publicity rights of others.
• Automated abuse, bulk downloading, or any attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the Service.
• Any unlawful, infringing or harmful purpose.

Intellectual property and trademarks

TTokLoader does not claim ownership of any TikTok content you download; all rights remain with the respective creators and owners, and you are responsible for how you use downloaded files. Removing a creator’s watermark does not transfer any rights in their work, and re-publishing someone else’s video as your own may be unlawful.

The TTokLoader name, logo, app and website are our property. TikTok, ByteDance and Douyin are trademarks of their respective owners. TTokLoader is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance or Douyin.

Remote configuration and updates

Some App behaviour — such as advertising, available formats and service notices — is configured remotely so we can improve or suspend features without requiring an update. We may also require a minimum App version for the App to keep working.

Advertising

The App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads are governed by the advertisers’ and ad networks’ own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you download and for ensuring you have the legal right to do so. You agree to indemnify and hold TTokLoader harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or any third-party right.

Downloading copyrighted material without the rights holder’s permission may breach TikTok’s Terms of Service and the copyright law of your country.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or able to process any particular video.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTokLoader and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been used in a way that infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the video link, proof of ownership and your contact details, and we will act promptly.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, to us or to third parties.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted on this page and the “Last updated” date will change. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
