Frequently asked questions

The link is not accepted

TTokLoader only works with links to public TikTok videos. Private, age-restricted, login-walled or removed videos cannot be processed, and we do not bypass those restrictions.

Where is my file?

Files are saved by Android’s download manager into your phone’s Downloads folder. Open the Files app (or your gallery) and look under Downloads.

The video has no sound / does not play

We deliver standard H.264 MP4 files that play in every player. If a file will not play, try downloading it again — and email us the link if it keeps failing.

How do I turn off clipboard auto-paste?

Open the App’s Settings and switch off “Auto-paste links from clipboard”.

How do I stop notifications?

Android Settings → Apps → TTokLoader → Notifications.

Data deletion request

The App stores no account and no personal data. Your download history lives only on your device (Settings → Clear history). To have an anonymous push-notification token removed from our records, email [email protected] from the device in question or simply uninstall the App.
