Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TTokLoader (“TTokLoader”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you use the TTokLoader Android app (“the App”) and this website, ttokloader.adxfuel.com (together, “the Service”). We built the Service to be privacy-first: it works without an account, and we collect as little data as possible. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We deliberately minimise the data we handle. The App does not require you to register, log in, or provide your name, email address or phone number.
- Links you submit: the public TikTok URLs you paste, so our servers can fetch the corresponding public video or audio.
- Technical log data: app version, Android version, approximate region (country) and timestamps. For abuse prevention and rate limiting we use a one-way, salted hash of your IP address and user agent — we do not store your raw IP address.
- Messages you send: if you email us, we receive the address and message you choose to provide.
- Advertising identifiers and push tokens: described in the sections below.
Data we do NOT collect
- No personal identifiers, no contacts, no location, no browsing history and no list of installed apps.
- No access to your photo or file library — the App requests no storage permissions; Android’s own download manager writes the finished file to your Downloads folder.
- No background tracking: the App does nothing while it is closed.
How we use information
- To provide the core service — fetching and delivering the public media you request.
- To keep the Service reliable and secure, including rate limiting and preventing abuse, fraud and automated misuse.
- To understand aggregate, non-identifying usage so we can improve the App.
- To respond to your questions, feedback, and copyright or legal requests.
- To display advertising that keeps the App free.
Clipboard
For convenience the App can read your clipboard to auto-fill a TikTok link. This happens only while the App is open and in the foreground, only TikTok links are recognised, the value is used solely to populate the input box, it is never transmitted to us unless you tap Download, and you can turn the behaviour off in the App’s Settings.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may access your device’s advertising ID and use it to serve and measure ads under Google’s own privacy policy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation in Android Settings → Google → Ads.

Push notifications
If you allow notifications, the App may register an anonymous Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token with us so we can send occasional service updates. A token identifies an app installation, not a person. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or when we clear our records, and you can disable notifications at any time in Android Settings.
Remote configuration
On launch the App fetches a small configuration document from our server (for example which ad placements are enabled, whether a newer version is required, or a service notice). This request carries no personal data.
Downloaded files and retention
We do not build a library of TikTok content. Media you request is processed temporarily on our servers and removed automatically — immediately after your download completes, or within 30 minutes at the latest. Your download history is stored only on your own device and can be cleared from Settings; it is never uploaded to us. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and are then discarded or aggregated.
Third-party services
The Service relies on a small number of providers: our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure, Google AdMob (advertising) and, where enabled, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications). These providers process data on our behalf or under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites you may reach through links or advertisements.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights over your personal data. Under the EU/UK GDPR these include the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability. Under the California CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
We do not sell your personal information. Because the App works without an account and stores almost no personal data, most requests can be honoured simply by uninstalling the App or resetting your advertising ID. To exercise any right, or to request deletion of a push token, contact us at [email protected].
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data security
All traffic between the App and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International users
The Service runs on infrastructure that may be located in different countries. By using the Service you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than your own.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
